PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
BCI's experienced professionals strive to provide practical and economical solutions that meet clients' needs. BCI realizes the importance of continued communication. As such, BCI works to keep the client informed through each phase of the project. We offer state-of-the-art server access to all phases of each project inclusive of accounting, project management, deliverables, and workspace.
Our Construction Management team can assist you or your client with infrastructure and commercial building projects. We have a ten-year history in construction management.
CIVIL/CONSTRUCTION
Along with our sister company, Southeast Construction Ventures, we offer design/build that focuses on interweaving design, permit, and construction schedules in order to capture the time lost in the traditional design, bid, and build process. The design/build service gives an owner a single point of contact for the project, which allows maximum flexibility for the owner to insist on a particular course of action without having to readjust contracts with multiple contractors. We have project managers, engineers, and a full construction crew on staff to fulfill all design/build needs.
ENVIRONMENTAL
We have completed over 400 Phase I projects throughout the US and abroad. BCI has managed over 25 million in projects ranging from cleanup to infrastructure development, master planning, plus road and design facility layout.
