Ongoing since 2003 - Stormwater/Sewage Upgrade Project, Institutional Facility, Covington, LA
- Tasks included closure of three impoundments, spray fields, and design and construction of large package plant. Work also included a comprehensive feasibility study of water well development onsite.
July, 2006 - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment: Apartment Complex, New Orleans, LA
- The investigation was done as a means to determine whether there was a reasonable basis to suspect the presence of environmental risk factors.
July, 2006 - Limited Asbestos Inspection Report, Apartment Complex, New Orleans, LA
- The focus of this inspection was to provide a general survey of the types of building materials present in the structure and to collect a sufficient number of samples from each of the apartments to make a general assessment of which were asbestos containing materials.
May, 2006 - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Commercial Facility, Slidell, LA
- The investigation was done as a means to determine whether there was a reasonable basis to suspect the presence of environmental risk factors.
May, 2006 - Phase II Waste Profiling, Commercial Facility, Slidell, LA
- An investigation was done in order to document sampling and laboratory analysis of waste material and soil for disposal and Risk Evaluation/Correction Action Program (RECAP) profiling.
July, 1998 - Project Management of a three-year remediation project of a 8.5-acre former scrap metal facility, Covington, LA
- Major tasks included a segregation process for metals recovery, waste volume reduction, and biotreatment of 200,000 cubic yards of soil and other materials. Work also included demolition of existing structures, lead and asbestos abatement, GPR and EM surveying, excavation prior to construction, and subsequent treatment of soils.
- Groundwater investigation of potable wells.
